Housing Programs
Cirrus House has an excellent housing program which is managed within the clubhouse. Housing opportunities include the Assisted Living Facility. Independent apartments are located throughout the community. People renting from Cirrus House are encouraged to be an active, participating member of the clubhouse treatment plan which will provide stability.
We are a low income, affordable housing program with emphasis on special-needs housing.
Income limits and/or disability status governs your eligibility for housing. All of our units are one bedroom units and are either Section 8 or HUD subsidized. Subsidy is determined by the subsidizing agency (not Cirrus House) and is based on your income.
